Outstanding, great value for money room with a private bathroom and a shower and hair dryers. Location so close to the airport express bus terminal in the Republic Square, a taxi the day before for the outskirt airport 90km away and the metro line...

If everything was as top as the lobby, the hotel would have no problem. What we didn't like: cups dirty and partly unwashed at breakfast, coffee constantly empty, air conditioning only ventilated and not cooling, no window in the room and therefore constantly bad air, view into the dirty courtyard, service desk too slow, pool very dirty and unfiltered and therefore not usable

Additionally, the rooms are clean with comfortable queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. And the fact that breakfast is included is a fantastic bonus.

My stay at this hotel was hassle-free and enjoyable.

The garage service is excellent and free of charge. Very comfortable if you are travelling by car. The location is ideal for all the sights only 15 minutes away.. except the zoo.

Unfortunately, one night was charged too much after a cancellation and not immediately corrected.

The only minus was that at 8.30 the cleaning lady had knocked on our door like crazy and that it was relatively easy to hear.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city was a plus, with many excellent dining options within walking distance. The hotel's breakfast offered an amazing selection of fresh and tasty produce. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great to stay connected with family during the holidays.

My stay at this hotel during the festive season was marred by a few unpleasant experiences. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, and there was no ventilation in the toilets which made the air stale and unpleasant.
